Social Work Support

As a social worker, I offer trauma-informed, strength-based support tailored to individual needs. This includes emotional guidance, practical tools, and appropriate referrals. While I may use supportive techniques like breathwork or reflection, I do not offer therapy. If deeper healing or clinical care is needed, I will guide you toward a licensed therapist.

Key Difference: Counselling focuses on healing the past, coaching focuses on building the future.

Yes. If therapy becomes a better fit during our coaching journey, I’ll help you connect with a trusted mental health professional. Your wellbeing is the priority.

If you need to pause or stop your coaching plan, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
