There was a time in my life when I believed “healing” and “moving forward” were two separate paths.
I thought recovery was about going back to what once was — and transformation was about building something new. Now I know: the two are inseparably woven. True transformation begins when we give ourselves permission to recover fully. And true recovery unfolds when we open ourselves to change.
Recovery Is Not Just About Getting Back Up — It’s About Becoming
As a Recovery and Transformative Coach, I support people who aren’t just trying to survive the past. They’re ready to create something new from it. They don’t just want to move on — they want to move through, with intention, grace, and clarity.
In our sessions, we hold space for both the pain and the possibility. We honour the story as it is — while gently shaping it into what it can become.
What’s the Difference Between Recovery and Transformation?
Recovery Coaching is about:
- Rebuilding a sense of emotional and physical safety
- Restoring self-trust and personal agency
- Learning how to regulate emotions after burnout, loss, or trauma
- Creating space for gentleness, compassion, and grounding
Transformative Coaching is about:
- Reimagining your identity after disruption
- Reclaiming your voice, your vision, and your worth
- Cultivating new beliefs, boundaries, and goals
- Moving toward a version of life that’s aligned with your true self
Together, these two pathways offer a powerful blend of healing and action — past integration and future creation.
Who I Work With
Every client I support is navigating some kind of turning point. These are people who are strong, wise, and self-aware — but who’ve been carrying silent burdens for far too long.
They often say things like:
“I feel lost, but I know this isn’t the end.”
“I’ve changed, but I don’t know who I am anymore.”
“I’m ready to stop repeating old patterns and start living differently.”
Here are some of the challenges we work through together:
- Emotional burnout and chronic overwhelm
- Relationship breakdowns and rebuilding self-worth
- Identity shifts after trauma, grief, or life transitions
- Career reinvention after job loss, misalignment, or loss of direction
You’re Not Broken — You’re Becoming
If you’re in a season of rebuilding…
If you feel something in you stirring, rising, hoping…
If you want a guide who will walk beside you — not to fix you, but to witness and support your becoming…
You’re not alone.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to begin.
